Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using Wealthling, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Wealthling is

Wealthling is a personal finance tool for budgeting, debt payoff, savings goals, and net worth tracking. It runs locally on your device and is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for decisions you make based on it. Wealthling shows projections (like debt-free dates or savings timelines) based on the numbers you provide — actual results depend on your real-world finances and choices, and are not guaranteed.

Your data

Your financial data is stored on your device. You're responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data if you want a copy outside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Acceptable use

  • Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app beyond what's permitted by law.
  • Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app's operation.

No warranty

Wealthling is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions made using its projections or figures.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
